Alicia offer support, inspiration and empowerment in each individual session. The first session starts with a discussion of your goals and current obstacles. Each subsequent session is unique and personalized.  It is our goal to provide you with tools and practices that will facilitate positive change. By setting specific goals and using creative tools to help reach them, you will be less stressed, more prepared to handle challenges and have a set of powerful tools and practices to maintain any positive changes you make during the sessions.
